or when we sleep in and she is playing in her crib, we get to see what she’s been up to and at what time she woke up.
this is especially nice when joel is away for work because he gets daily notifications from cubo with photos and videos of jord. Cubo looks for when she’s smiling or moving and it automatically catches it for you and sends it to you as a video.
It creates little memories automatically. Keeps track of everything for the past 18 hrs and you can always go back and record those moments or take photos of them. It loads very quickly so, if Jord is crying or we hear her moving, we don’t have to wait a few seconds extra to see what’s going on. Which is why we are over the moon about this stand and velcro strap, she hasn’t been able to pull on it ever since. No matter what we tried, she would always get her hands on it. Jord would always pull on our previous monitor, unplug it and start chewing on the cable that was still plugged to the wall. Here is a clip of her trying to pull it down and not being able to. It also came with that velcro strap to secure it to the crib. Overall a 10/10 in our installation experience. We put it behind her crib so that we could see it all without having to be at an angle, and Joel just zipped the pole of the stand to the crib. We actually had to attach our old monitor to her lamp because she kept pulling on it, needless to say it wasn’t neither convenient nor cute, which is why I think them having the floor stand is actually the BEST call. We decided to do the floor stand because Jord is at an age that she just pulls on it. It came with three options to set up: add it to crib, floor stand or have it by itself. I was kind of nervous about making the switch before bedtime because we wouldn’t know how it would work for us and I want to check on my baby while she sleeps. We got the package right before bedtime and Joel installed it all in 10 minutes total, so it was ready to use when we put Jord to bed. Cubo came in a box and everything was actually so simple to install.
